The worst part, however, is how rude the members were. I was about to tee off on a wide open first hole, only to have three carts drive right past me and a foursome (including what appeared to be a club employee) get out at a forward tee and start to tee off! They said they'd "let me hit" after they did, but they went right out in the fairway and kept playing the hole. They're lucky I didn't hit into them, which I would have done had they not "done me a favor" by letting me ahead of them on the second tee. Jerks. Don't worry, guys, I won't be back, and I hope your club goes bankrupt. Bye!
The rugged beauty of the Arcadia Valley is represented well on a few holes here - holes 7-8-9 is easily the best part of the course - but the rest of the course is a bit unimaginative. Condition of the course is also lacking; I've played on fairways cut shorter than these greens. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and came back a second time during better weather, at which time they were still shaggy. It was a bit pricey for the area - $22 for 9 in a cart on a weekday when most courses nearby are $15-18.
